SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery

We offer 3 delivery services and shipping times vary depending on the delivery option chosen;

Standard Shipping takes 2 - 4 working days.
Express Shipping takes 1 - 2 working days.
Next Day Shipping IF Ordered By 11AM takes 1 working day. Please note this does not include Sunday.

Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch your order within one working day.

Standard Delivery can take up to 5 days. This is estimated and deliveries can take longer for some postcodes.

Please note that our couriers regularly attempt delivery on Saturdays, however this is not guaranteed.

For orders placed on the weekend they will be dispatched during the weekday.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Remote UK Post Codes

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK however there are certain post codes that have restricted courier services. Deliveries to remote UK post codes can take 3 - 5 days.

International Delivery

Prices vary per location and will be calculated upon check out. Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch your order within one working day and delivery will depend on your location.
