Yes! Our Clay Making Kit includes air dry clay - which is a highly versatile modelling material for anyone wanting to achieve a high-quality finish without requiring an expensive pottery wheel or kiln.
  • What can I make with my Clay Making Kit?
Your kit comes with a beginners guide that shows you 4 different techniques. After this the possibilities are endless - you can make almost anything from plates to mugs to decorations, without the need for a specialist kiln or pottery wheel.
  • How long will the clay last for?
If left unopened in the sealed clay bags provided, the clay will stay soft for 3 to 6 months. We can't guarantee the clay will still be suitable for use if you wish to keep your clay for longer than this.
  • How do I store any unused clay after the bag is opened?
Spray a little water around the remaing clay you would like to store, wrap it in the green wrapper it came in and put it in the brown bag povided. Ensure to get all the air our of the bag before sealing it at the top. Please keep your bag of clay in a cool dry place so it doesnt dry out.
  • Do I paint or seal my clay creation first?
Once your clay creation is completely dry, you can paint it. Once the paint is dry, seal it with the sealant provided to protect the colors from water, sun, or scratches. If you seal your clay creation before painting it will actually make it harder to paint the clay.
